The AIAPS Plugin is the official implementation of the AI Audio Protection Standard. It performs all required components of the AIAPS v1.0 specification: fingerprint generation, watermark embedding, registry registration, and verification support.
The plugin runs locally in your DAW. Your audio never leaves your machine. The only data transmitted is the fingerprint and metadata required for registry registration.

The plugin performs the full AIAPS protection workflow as defined in the specification.

After processing, the recording receives the following protection components.

The recording may then display
AIAPS-PROTECTED
Unauthorized AI training prohibited.
Use of the AIAPS Standard Mark indicates that the recording has been processed through an AIAPS-compatible protection workflow and registered in an AIAPS-compatible registry.

Design principles
Inaudible Protection
The watermark is embedded in psychoacoustically masked regions. The sound of your recording is unchanged.
Song-Specific Watermark
Every recording receives a unique watermark derived from the audio itself. No two recordings share the same pattern.
Verifiable Provenance
The registry record allows any protected recording to be verified against a timestamped fingerprint at any time.
